Dr Paolo D’Ambrosio and Dr Gwilym Morris are highly trained heart rhythm cardiologists who have undergone advanced fellowship training in the management of heart rhythm disorders (cardiac electrophysiologists). They use the latest techniques—including pulsed field ablation and conduction system pacing—to improve the safety and outcomes of treatment for heart rhythm disorders. Our approach is patient-centred: we take the time to understand your needs and create a tailored treatment plan, combining advanced technology with compassionate care, to help you live a healthier and more confident life. Dr D'Ambrosio and Dr Morris will work together for you, to ensure that your care is both convenient and of the highest quality.
Our Specialised Heart Rhythm Services
At Coastal Heart Rhythm, we specialise in advanced heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia) care. Working closely with local GPs we provide consulting services and pacemaker clinics in Taree and Forster. Patients requiring interventional treatments such as cardiac ablation or pacemaker implantation will need to travel to Newcastle, which is the closest location with fully equipped cardiac hospitals.
